At Sultan Chand & Sons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags intact inside the original packaging along with the completed return slip.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the items for quality assurance and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
